It is a B2B portal run by MAXON Nieruchomości Sp. z o.o., specialised in brokerage of warehouse space, production halls and investment land for logistics across Poland. The catalogue contains around 1,100 properties in logistics parks of the main developers: Panattoni, GLP, 7R, Hillwood, Prologis, Logicor and MountPark.
02How do I find the right warehouse to rent?
Use the search on the home page or open the warehouse list — you can filter by region, city, area from/to and developer. You can also contact our broker directly, who will shortlist properties matching your operations (logistics, e-commerce, production, cross-dock, BTS).
03Is the brokerage service paid by the tenant?
No. Tenants do not pay for MAXON Nieruchomości brokerage — the fee is paid by the developer or landlord. Advisory, shortlisting, negotiations and lease support are free of charge for the tenant.
04Which regions of Poland do you cover?
The whole of Poland. The largest clusters are Mazowieckie (Warsaw area), Łódzkie (Łódź, Stryków – central hub), Wielkopolskie (Poznań, Robakowo, Komorniki), Dolnośląskie (Wrocław, A4 corridor), Śląskie (Katowice, Mysłowice), Pomorskie (Gdańsk, Tczew – Port of Gdańsk) and Zachodniopomorskie (Szczecin, Goleniów).
05Do you handle Build-to-Suit (BTS) projects?
Yes. We work with all major logistics developers in Poland on Build-to-Suit and Build-to-Own projects. The minimum BTS size is usually 10,000 m² with a typical delivery time of 12–18 months. Contact us via Services — BTS/BTO projects to discuss your specification.
06How are you different from other commercial real estate portals?
